You must be at least 18 years old to participate in predictions, accumulate points, and request withdrawals. By using this site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Predictions & Points

All predictions must be made in accordance with our How to Play rules. Points are awarded based on the accuracy of your predictions as described on the How to Play page. We reserve the right to correct any point calculation errors.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to manual verification by our administrators. Payouts are handled offline via phone/UPI. We reserve the right to deny withdrawals if suspicious activity or cheating is detected.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content, design, and software on Rinsiak are our property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rinsiak is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to loss of data or points.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the site constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
